There’s nothing quite like cosy-ing up with a cup of tea and a slice of toast and opening a letter addressed just to you.
The Tea & Toast Letter Club is a monthly letter subscription for women who love words, reflection, and the quiet joy of receiving something thoughtful and lovely in the mail.
Each month, you’ll receive a letter from me, filled with stories, thoughts, little memories, and an invitation to notice, reflect, and maybe even pick up a pen and write. You’ll also receive an adorable illustrated-by-Lew postcard, a stationery surprise (like a sticker, or something sweet to use in your own writing time), and a bunch of writing ideas you can use in your own letters and personal writing.
A letter in the mail is a beautiful way of slowing you down, celebrating the simple things, and inspiring small moments of noticing. It’s time away from screens and the news and the noisy old world that can sometimes feel way too much. Don’t you think?

This is not a course or homework or anything you have to do. It’s a monthly pause, a ritual to enjoy at your own pace. A treat. A delight. Something to look forward to each month.
How It Works
1. Sign Up
2. Monthly Letters – A new letter arrives once a month. Sent towards the end of the month.
3. Read + Enjoy – Take your time. Sip your tea, nibble your toast, and let the words settle.
4. Optional Writing – Explore the prompts in your own journal or notebook. Use the postcard to send someone else a little spark of joy in the mail.
How It Arrives
Your letter will arrive as a small, pretty parcel tucked inside a standard C6 envelope.
Inside, you’ll find the month’s letter, and some little goodies. Simple. Thoughtful. A little something to unwrap.
No plastic. No fuss. Just paper, words, a treat, and a small moment of anticipation as you open the envelope and unfold the pages.
It’s designed to feel like something you might keep in a drawer, slip into a book, or stack beside your favourite chair.
Notes About The Subscription
- Subscriptions run on a month-to-month basis. You can pause or cancel anytime.
- Letters are sent altogether towards the end of the month, so sign-ups after sending day will receive the next month’s letter in the next batch.
- There will be a cap on subscriptions.
Notes About Postage
- For Australian subscribers, postage is included in your subscription.
- If you’re joining from overseas, you are so very welcome to join. A small additional postage cost will be added at checkout, once you add your mailing address, for international delivery.

Can I subscribe just for one month?
A: Yes! You can start with a single month and decide if you’d like to continue.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
A: Absolutely. You can pause or cancel anytime through your account.
How long are the letters?
A: Each letter is around 1 back and front A4 page, though sometimes they might be longer.
Will I need special materials?
A: Not at all. Just your tea, toast, and maybe a notebook if you want to explore the prompts.
Can I gift a subscription?
A: Yes! Subscriptions make a lovely gift for friends or family who love cosy letters and reflective moments. Just pop their name and address in the notes at check out (or send me an email and we'll work it out together).
When will I receive my first letter?
A: Letters are sent towards the end of the month. For example - If you subscribe before the assembling day, your letter will be sent in that same month. If you subscribe after then, your first letter will be sent to you towards the end of the following month.
Will there be tracking?
Letters are sent the old-fashioned way — by standard post and without tracking. It’s part of the simplicity and charm of this little club. It's also in the hope that the more letters we send, the more likely it will be that Australia Post will continue their letter delivery service.
Occasionally, postal delays happen. If your letter hasn’t arrived within two weeks (or four weeks internationally), please let me know. I’ll happily send you a digital copy or arrange a replacement in the next mail-out.
