The Tea & Toast Letter Club is a cosy monthly letter club for women who love words, warmth, and the quiet joy of receiving something thoughtful in the letter box.

It’s a space for seasonal reflection, home stories, small memories, and the beauty of ordinary days.

No rush.
No pressure.
Just one thoughtful letter each month.

What It Is

Each month, you’ll receive: 

• • A letter from me inspired by life, and memories and moments and noticings 
  • Some writing prompts you can explore in your own time
  • An illustrated by Lew postcard (Lew is my son - the illustrator of everything hand drawn that you'll find here including: the Wild Wood folk and past Tea + Toast Club boxes)
  • A surprise (a sticker, or a bookmark, or tea or something like that)
  • A reminder to slow down and savour small moments

Some months might feel nostalgic.
Some might feel grounded in the present — around my kitchen table, the changing seasons, the sound of rain on the roof.                                                                                    Some might have a reflective tone.

All of them are an invitation to pause.

What It’s Not

This isn’t a course.
It’s not homework.
It’s not something to keep up with.                                                                                      It's not more to fit into your already busy week.

It’s more like a letter from a friend who understands the beauty of quiet afternoons; the simple pleasures of sipping of tea and munching toast; and the importance of remembering.

You can read it slowly.
Tuck it into a book.
Write back in your journal. 
Or simply sit with your tea and let it keep you company.

Why Tea & Toast?

Because tea and toast are ordinary and simple and lovely and cosy— and that’s the point.

They remind us that comfort doesn’t have to be elaborate.
That ritual can be simple. And that the Tea + Toast Club in the past was so well loved that it had to come back! 

I love that connection can arrive inside an envelope via a humble old mailbox.

In a world that moves quickly, this is something slower.
Something tangible.
Something to hold.
